Okay, so I'm not really sure how to type these out or how to give a Testimony. I love to hear peoples Testimonies because I like to see how people found Christ. So I'm just gonna type until I can’t and explain about how I found Christ and give my life story because I feel that explains it best.

I am 38 years old, born in Bristol, Tennessee. I have one brother and two sisters. I am a middle child. My childhood was rough. My parents split up when I was 5 years old, and we had to move in with my dad, even though my mom was the better caregiver. Life went on.

Between the ages of 12 and 14, I was raped. To this day, a lot of people do not know this. Life was very hard living with my dad. My sisters and I were both physically and mentally abused, and I got into some drug stuff at the age of 16. Finally, all of the abuse stopped after my 2 sisters moved in with my mom.

I then got into a relationship where I only knew how to treat someone by the way my dad raised me. This was in 2007. This went both ways, as I stayed with this person until the year 2018. I was deer hunting that same year, and I wanted to end it all one morning when I was sitting by myself, but something told me to wait. And that's another story all in itself.

I knew about Jesus my entire life and believed that there was a God, and I knew Christ died for our sins. But I didn't really know Christ. I was big into fishing and made some friends doing that around the year 2020. One of them always talked to me about Jesus and stuff, but I always just listened and didn't really care much, honestly.

I started a new relationship with someone as well, and she had some things happen in her life. Anyways we started talking about Christ, and I started to study a little more. Then I came across Luke 15:4-7, which talks about finding the lost sheep, and that hit me.

We were in a fishing tournament, and I knew I wanted to be baptized, but I didn't really know where. Well, it happened that a pastor was at this fishing event, and I reached out to him. I got baptized right after the event in the South Holston River in 2023.

From that day, I felt everything leave me and felt the holy spirit come unto me, and I can tell you from that day, I did a complete 180-degree change. I used to have so much rage towards the world that I didn't know what to do with it.

I went from wanting to kill myself in 2018 to seeing my God save me and restoring my faith. It’s something I never thought was possible. I can see how God sent people into my life and used them to get me — the lost sheep.
