I was lost. I did not understand why I was here. I did not know where to go or what to do. I felt alone, abandoned, and misunderstood. It left me to be sad, depressed, and suicidal. I was young. After being diagnosed with Stage Four Cancer in September 2020, I now live with my daughter & husband in Costa Mesa, California where I got into The City of Hope for medical treatment. So far I’ve not been in pain and qualified for Patient assistance for my Chemo medication. I have accomplished all of this with my faith in God.

We have known the Lord Jesus as the Savior of our souls, our Redeemer, our Guide, our Shepherd, and our soon-coming King since we were teenagers. We love and serve Him with all our hearts. We have been married 64 years and He has never failed to help, heal and guide us. It is a wonderful way to live, full of gratitude for each day He gives us on this earth. I accepted the Lord when I was 19 years old, this was the most important decision of my life. Jesus is my everything He has given me strength through many trials and hard times. God works everything together for good if we just seek Him first.
