Praise the Lord! I am very happy today to share how the Lord blessed me and changed my life. I was not so spiritual earlier, unaware of our living God and His unconditional love towards me.
But now I know that He has been with me in every step of my life and blessed me abundantly, which I never realized before. I grew up in a small town in India, raised in a typical, middle-class family. When I was going through a very tough stage of my life, all doors were closed. I didn’t know what to do, where to go, how to fix things, and when I knelt down to pray, I poured my heart out to the Lord, asking for guidance, help, and clarity.
He wiped my tears, strengthening me and showing me a clear way. I wanted to thank God for helping me so much, so I decided to participate in a Bible quiz. It was held during Lent in 2024 in our church. I wasn’t so good with the Bible or the word of God, but I wanted to write and thank Him.
I did my best, but after taking the exam, I felt like I could have done better. But, surprisingly, I placed 3rd in the exam! I didn’t expect that. That day was one of the most memorable days of my life, and since then, I’ve taken seven more exams.
God has blessed me, allowing me to win a prize in each exam, including two 3rd prizes, two 2nd prizes, and three 1st prizes. This year I got two 1st prizes! Praise the Lord! It's not my strength, hard work, or even my knowledge; it's only by His spirit. I live by the verse in John 11:40, "If thou would believe, thou should see the glory of God."
From Lent in 2024 to Lent in 2025, my life has changed. It is now an example of how our Lord is always ready with open arms to uplift and restore us, and gives a new definition of life. Just keep the faith, and you’ll see miracles, just as I have in my life. I really don't know how to thank him. I take this as an opportunity to thank our Lord Jesus Christ from the bottom of my heart.
I believe that it takes a fraction of a moment from god’s plan to turn waiting to winning. His plans are perfect. Trust the process. Thank you once again to one and all… God bless you.
